There is nothing so challenging like a X-Country race. I ran the 5K adult race it was so much fun running up dirt hills, rolling sand hills pushing myself to the end with a 20:57. When they announced that I was a Senior I was proud to finally make it to the 60 and over age-group and still competing and running.
Congratulations to Jasmine placing third in the Women's 10K Duke City Marathon this morning. Her time was 40:16 an improvement of 1 minute from last year which she place first in.
