ENDURANCE TRAINING/NEGATIVE SPLIT

Pick a spot to run at that is approximately 1/2 mile to 1-mile distance. It could be at a park, school, or track, somewhere you do not have to worry about traffic or dogs. Take the first lap slow for a warm-up and time it. Do about 5 to 7 minutes of stretches.
Start your run and time each lap to see what you splits are. Improving your negative split time can be accomplished by training with negative splits. Run each lap faster than the first one and so on. Always start out slow with an easy run and as each lap come around focus on form and lifting your knees. Even if you only ran one second faster then the previous lap, that is a negative split.

Happy Thanksgiving to you all!

Tomorrow will be a big day for family and friends. My day will start by getting up and having a cup of coffee then making the salad for the dinner at 1pm. Around noon  20 people or so will be coming over with the turkey, sweet potatoes and pumpkin pie.
Making the salad will only take about 30 minutes, and then off to the track to jog and exercise doing a circuit training, a 45-minute workout is appropriate for today.
Next, I will come home and eat something light since I will be eating in about three hours.
My husband wanted me to bake his favorite chocolate chip cookies so that is what I will be doing for the next hour. In-between baking cookies I will be spending time with Sam my dog and my two daughters. Time flies when you really not on a schedule so it would probably be smart to start getting ready for the dinner party. Finding something nice to wear is actually fun since I share clothes with my two daughters, we all wear the same size.

Exciting Breakthrough!

Exciting Breakthrough!
While the world has waited, during the last 16 years,
researchers have
been working on an amazing
breakthrough in science within an area known
as “Redox Signaling”. With over 30 million
dollars invested, their discovery
is a quantum
leap beyond anything we’ve previously known
about how our
cells function at the molecular
level. Some are calling this discovery the
biggest breakthrough in biological science
since the creation of penicillin
or discovery of DNA.

Professsional Athletes using ASEA

Several athletes are getting positive results using ASEA.
Rich Roll is competing in the World Ironman competition this weekend in Hawaii.
Rich  is 45 years old and is a Vegan. He was announced as one of the top 25 most fit men in the USA!

IT'S OK TO BE SKEPTICAL

Not a scam my sophomoric friend (RICKDOWNS77).   I studied redox signaling in Pre-med school.  It is legitimate and yes you have to re-arranged atoms from sodium chloride to create a different molecule.  Our body makes these molecules, but when I was learning about the molecules it was thought impossible to sustain them out of the body.  Hence not salt water because it is sustainable, but I digress I've asked a physiologist that I know from school about this and he was skeptical at first not because of the redox molecule but because it cannot be sustained out of the body.  Well that is what the atomic physicist did.  First for 20 min and then for 18 months.  I asked him to research it further and he agrees that if they have really sustained it is a breakthrough.

ASEA'S salt and water supercharger
R. Cunningham
What if there was a substance that you could take as needed that was undetectable, UCI legal, would boost your performance on the bike-and was good for your body? Would you be interested? Yeah, I was pretty skeptical when I heard that line, too. The product is called Asea, and it was originally formulated as an immune booster to ward off the effects of aging. During testing, however, athletes discovered that the stuff, which smells and tastes a bit like YMCA pool water, significantly boosted their recovery rates and allowed them to stay closer to their anaerobic threshold for extended periods.

The Scientific Breakthrough ASEA

http://asea.myvoffice.com/coachlucille/usa/opportunity/differentiated-sustainable-advantage/
With 16 years of research Asea was discovered. But to keep the molecules stabilized for more than a couple of minutes was the main task. That is when the Atomic Medical Physicist Doctor Gary Samuleson came in and gave it a try. After more than a year of diligent work and millions of dollars he did what was know as the impossible. With one bottle of ASEA in this thick protective plastic bottle the 75 trillion molecules can stay for 18 months. To keep the molecules effective there is rules that you need to follow.

Directions:
• ASEA is not intended to treat or cure any health condition. It supplements native redox signaling molecules, allowing your body to function at an improved cellular level.
• Do Not eat or drink 10 minutes before or after consuming ASEA. It is recommended to take prior to brushing teeth.
• Drink ASEA straight: do not mix with anything.
• Do not drink from the bottle. *Enzymes from the mouth and saliva will denature the solution as ASEA
contains “Reactive Molecules”.
*You can drink directly from the sports pouch due to the sealed one way valve.
• Drink ASEA by pouring directly from the bottle into a glass and replacing the cap. Do not use
metal. (Glass MUST be soap & water clean and dry to avoid contamination.) We recommend using a
disposable cup and consuming immediately.
• Start with 2 Ounces of ASEA twice daily. We recommend swishing the product inside your mouth for 15-45 seconds before swallowing for maximum absorption.
• We recommend taking the first dose of ASEA as soon as you wake on an empty stomach. Most
people enjoy the energy boost by taking the second dose in the afternoon, while some find better
sleep by taking it at bedtime. There is no wrong time to take ASEA and you will learn what is best for
you as you test the product yourself.
• After 3 days, if you are not experiencing noticeable results, increase the dosage to 4 oz.. twice a day.
After 3 more days, if you desire greater health benefits, increase the amount to 4 oz.. three times per
day. Many people find great benefit through this increased dose for a couple of weeks at the
beginning, due to the deficit of molecules and their particular health challenge or athletic need.
• For severe health challenges consume 4 oz.. four times per day for the first month.
• Everyone’s cellular function is different and responds to a variety of regimens. Take ASEA in the
amount that works best for you. Taking 12-16 ounces of ASEA per day is proving to be very beneficial
for severely health challenged individuals.
• ASEA has zero toxicity levels. Check out ASEA Safety. It is 100% safe, non-toxic and native to the body.
• Once beneficial results are achieved, slowly decrease to the maintenance amount of 2-4 oz.. per day
or more for your particular need.

The Brasher Family - Stay Happy and Healthy!

The efficacy of any wellness protocol should be based on whether or not it works!

There are a lot of shams and shysters out there so it's logical that everyone should exhibit some degree of skepticism. However, how much science or clinical trials are necessary to prove that a wellness path is worth pursuing? It's not just the results of a scientific study that should determine if a wellness protocol is approved or disapproved for animal or human use. The bottom line involves knowing whether or not the choices we make bring about positive results!
You may be familiar with the efficacy of diatomaceous earth. It's actually never been scientifically tested, nor is it approved for animal or human ingestion. Does it bring about positive wellness results in both cases? You bet it does! Therefore, what I'm saying is that one shouldn't totally discard a particular wellness protocol because of a perceived lack of scientific evidence.
The science of redox signaling molecules has been substantiated over many years of research. It's all over the Internet. However, no one has been able to stabilize these molecules outside the body until now. Thus, a mammoth scientific discovery has occurred. It's called ASEA.
ASEA is the only product that mimics and replicates the exactly native fluid in your body by reconstituting water and salt molecules. It's all about RESULTS - you'll never know unless you try it.
My purpose in life is to bring pertinent wellness information to the general public. That's really all anyone can do! Then, it's all about the choices you make.
Thanks for your time and the best of luck to you.
Lucille Brasher

Verification Procedure for Reactive Molecules in ASEA™

Today there is huge growth in the markets for preventative and anti-aging remedies, and much time and money has been spent looking into the wear and tear of living, breathing and eating. This uncontrollable activity places continuous stress on every cell of the body, and every cell must respond or suffer damage. Terms like oxidation, free radical, oxyradical and antioxi-dant are used to describe these developments. What do they mean?

Each and every cell in the body is a biological machine that is gradually worn down by the work of staying alive. It’s a flawed system. Like all machines, cells derive their energy from the consumption (oxidation) of fuel—nutrients and oxygen—but at a price. This process produces damaging waste products (free radicals or oxyradicals).
One of our cells’ most routine tasks is to reduce the effect and remove these wastes, and the key substance it uses is glutathione. Glutathione is the body’s principal antioxidant. When it runs out, oxyradicals proliferate, slowly but surely are wreaking healthy cells.

On the other hand, there are many benefits for the body with elevated glutathione levels. Its metabolic functions include:

Amino acid transport
Antioxidant cell protection
DNA synthesis and repair
Enhanced immune function
Elimination of toxins
Elimination of carcinogens
Enzyme activation and regulation
Protection against ionizing radiation
Protein synthesis
Prostaglandin synthesis
Leukotriene synthesis

Researchers (Dr. Gary Samuelsson Medical Atomic Physicist) have proven that using Asea increases the effectiveness of the body`s natural production of glutathione up to 500% and some studies show as high as 800%

This is only a small part of what fresh redox signaling molecules can help your body do for you!!
Do your test study today. 50% of the people that try ASEA see results in one month. Give yourself a trial period of 3 months. You will see an improvement in several area of your health.
