Brad Barton Sets New Men's Masters Mile World/American Record

Brad Barton Sets a New World Record  / American Record for the Men's 45 through 49 year old in the 3000-Meter Run of a time of  8:26.15. This is only nine seconds off his personal record in college.
You would of never guessed it after having two quadriceps tears in two years, a broken foot and a stress fracture all during his 40's. The past 18 months have been taking ASEA and has not had one injury, no illness and feeling stronger than ever.
