Meals for Saturday     
Two ounces of ASEA on empty stomach
Breakfast - honey bunches of oats with soy
milk almonds and banana
Snack -  Apple
Lunch - shakeology with yogurt mixed in
Snack - orange
Dinner - Salmon, beans, tossed salad
Workout - power 1/2 hour core area workout
and upper torso         
Before bed - ASEA
Through out the day - water and tea
